Kommodum Kids delivers two specialised mindfulness programmes for schools:
1. The classroom-based mindfulness curriculum Paws b
by the Mindfulness in Schools Project.
2. The Creative Mindfulness Kids Method
(Mindful Heart Curriculum)
by Louise Shanagher (Creative Mindfulness®)
Paws B Curriculum

Paws b is a 6-12 session, classroom-based curriculum for children aged 7 to 11 years-old. It is offered formally as a series of lessons which often sit well within a PSHE curriculum, and informally through integrating the learning and practice of mindfulness in all subjects and extra-curricular activities.

Creative Mindfulness Program

The Creative Mindfulness Program encompasses the Mindful Heart Curriculum developed by Louise Shanagher and Paul McNamee. This curriculum introduces evidence-based mindfulness and self-compassion practices to children using fun, creative and child-friendly methods. The curriculum contains 10 lesson plans which can be adapted to suit age ranges from 5-12. The curriculum can be delivered over a course of
8-10 weeks in a classroom or after-school club setting.
