Mindfulness For Exams

An 8-Session Program Helping Students Manage Stress, Focus Attention, and Perform at Their Best

Exams can be a challenging time for many students. Feelings of pressure, self-doubt, racing thoughts, and difficulty concentrating are common experiences when preparing for important tests.

​

Grounded in mindfulness practices, neuroscience, and emotional regulation strategies, the program helps students discover how the brain responds to stress and how they can support their mind and body to perform at their best during exam preparation and on exam day.​

 

The sessions are designed to be accessible, engaging, and supportive, helping students recognise that exam stress is a normal experience while equipping them with tools to navigate it in a healthy and constructive way.

Students aged 10–16 preparing for:

•    school exams
   •    entrance exams
   •    national assessments
   •    end-of-year/semester exams
