Workshops

Mindful Explorers
This collection of mindfulness workshops is designed to give kids aged 6–12 real tools for real life. Each workshop is built around powerful themes such as: • How to work with your brain team • Responding instead of reacting (what's the difference) • Managing big feelings and busy thoughts …and more. Through a blend of breathwork, movement, creative expression, games and guided reflection, children explore their thoughts, feelings, and choices with curiosity, not judgment. Each workshop is designed with age-specific content and delivery in mind. Workshops are available in-person or online, and can be booked as standalone sessions or bundled into a package. Want to learn more or book a session? Get in touch with Kommodum Kids, we’d love to hear from you.

Exploring Mindfulness Together
At Kommodum Kids, we know that when it comes to mindfulness, children do best when their grown-ups feel supported, too. That’s why we offer a gentle, practical introduction to mindfulness for parents and guardians, a space to explore the mindfulness tools your child will be learning, while also connecting with strategies that can support you in everyday moments. Contact Kommodum Kids directly for further information.

The Present Educator
At Kommodum Kids, we offer a 2-part workshop series designed to give educators a clear and practical understanding of the mindfulness programme their school is implementing, whether it’s Paws b or Creative Mindfulness. These workshops provide an overview of what students will be learning, along with simple, effective ways teachers can support the integration of mindfulness in the classroom. This workshop series does not qualify educators to deliver mindfulness programmes independently. Instead, it offers practical strategies, personal insights, and guidance on how teachers can: •Understand the core principles of mindfulness in the classroom •Support students’ mindfulness journeys with confidence and clarity •Begin cultivating their own personal mindfulness practice •Weave mindful awareness into everyday classroom routines and interactions The goal is to create a shared language and foundation across the school, so both students and teachers feel supported on this path. Mindful Technology Use
At Kommodum Kids, we believe that mindfulness can be integrated into all aspects of life, including the way we engage with technology. This 2-part workshop series empowers students aged 8–12 with practical, age-appropriate tools to build a more mindful, balanced relationship with their devices. Through interactive activities, reflection, and guided discussion, children explore how to recognise digital habits, manage screen time more intentionally, and stay grounded in the present moment, even when online. The sessions are designed to be engaging and relatable, leaving students with real-life strategies they can use every day.
